Where we ship

Canoogles offers customer-paid standard shipping to all 50 United States from our warehouse in Utah. Shipping is calculated at checkout using live USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground rates for your address and order weight, and is shown in U.S. dollars before you pay. There is no free-shipping threshold and no expedited option. Alaska and Hawaii rates may differ from mainland rates. U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and international destinations are not supported. PO Boxes require an available USPS service.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day. Carrier delivery estimates begin after dispatch and can change because of weather, service interruptions, and other carrier conditions.

Tracking

When an order ships, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation with available tracking information.

Address changes and cancellations

Email support@shopcanoogles.com immediately. We can change or cancel an order only before fulfillment has progressed too far to stop it. A successful pre-dispatch cancellation receives a full refund, including paid shipping. Address changes and carrier reroutes are not guaranteed after dispatch.

Delays and lost packages

If we cannot meet a published dispatch date, we will provide a revised date and obtain any consent required for the delay or provide a prompt refund. If tracking is more than three business days past the carrier estimate, contact support so we can investigate. We will make a customer-resolution decision within five business days after opening the investigation. If loss is confirmed or a refund is otherwise approved, we will offer a no-cost replacement, subject to stock, or a refund. You do not need to wait for carrier reimbursement.
